My personal training career began in 2017. Since then I’ve accumulated close to 7,000 client session hours. When I’m not training my clients, you can always find me reading a new anatomy book or research study. I enjoy spending my downtime playing piano, running with my dog Rollo, cooking, and getting out to the mountains.
Many trainers find their niche working with athletes or fitness competitors, but my true passion is helping the everyday person see how strong they truly are. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is watching my client’s pain disappear as they get stronger and more resilient through consistent, individualized, and safe personal training.
