  • The first step is reaching out. Contact us today to schedule your personal fitness assessment with a certified trainer. Whether you want to build healthy habits, lose weight, increase athletic performance, or strength training, RTC can help transform you into the best version of yourself.

  • Looking for group training that isn’t just metabolic HIIT circuit training and actually provides structured and progressive strength and conditioning methods to check all your boxes in fitness.

    Renegade Strong group classes introduce you to proper dosed strength work, muscle building exercises, and athletic cardio vascular training that will change your body and health for the long term.

    We offer the perfect balance of strength and conditioning individualized coaching, and affordability.


    Our PT On ramp package for your first month is the perfect way to learn how to execute exercises with good form, how to breathe and brace to lift safely, and be confident in what you are doing when you get into the groups! Valued at $550 you get 5 personal training sessions and 2 weeks of unlimited group and you can book yours now for $350!

  • We take all new potential clients through an intro session. This consists of a sit down coaching consultation and an on the floor movement assessment. From there together with the coach we can lay out the most optimal fitness roadmap for you! Everyone has different fitness goals, let our experienced personal trainers get you started.

  • We’re glad you mentioned it. We provide nutrition resources to all our clients and guide them in learning how to eat flexibly to achieve their specific goals. We want to help you reach the next level.

  • We take you through a 60-minute introductory session, which is one part coaching consult and one part movement assessment. This is so you can come to check out the facility and meet with one of the coaches so we can get properly aquatinted.

    Your intro will start off with a sit down with one of the coaches to gather information to understand what exactly your goals are, where you are currently at with lifestyle and nutrition, and what obstacles you may be facing.

    From there we asses how your body moves, checking out your joints, posture, and foundational movement patterns, so your coach can prescribe you the best fit service that will be safe, and effective for you!
