— About

Justine obtained her diploma in personal fitness training at Mount Royal University as well the CSEP-CPT certification. 

Justine quickly found a passion for athletics as a strength coach for RISE Basketball club, Rampage Volleyball and soccer teams in the city ranging from U11-U18. Working with a wide range of clients from general population to athletes she continues to further sharpen her skills in various levels of strength, speed, and conditioning.

Starting as a young female in the gym from the age of 13, Justine strongly believes in the impact strength training can have on one’s confidence and their ability to persist through challenges. She values the hard work and perseverance in the pursuit to becoming the strongest you can be

Justine will hold you accountable, cheer you on, and show you the benefits of never giving up on your goals and how it will transfer into your sport and life outside of the gym.
